Introduction

Thank you for choosing Bumperpick, owned and operated by Triosys Marketing Solutions, to showcase your advertisements! By registering as a Vendor, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Account Registration

• Vendors must provide accurate business details during registration, including valid contact information and any required licenses or permits.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Fees and Payment

• Vendors may be subject to subscription or advertisement fees. Payment terms will be detailed separately.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in account suspension or termination.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are solely responsible for the products/services advertised, including their accuracy and availability.
• Vendors must handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes directly and professionally.
• All gifts and offers given by Vendors must be handed over directly to the Customers. Triosys/Bumperpick is not responsible for the delivery or quality of these gifts or offers.
• All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the images and product descriptions used by the Vendors are the sole responsibility of the respective Vendors. Triosys/Bumperpick holds no responsibility or liability for the same.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur District, Kerala.

Termination

Triosys/Bumperpick may terminate or suspend Vendor accounts for violations of these T&Cs or applicable law.

Changes to T&Cs

These T&Cs may be modified periodically. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
