- Any disputes between you and a Vendor must be resolved directly between the parties.
- All the offers and advertisements on this app are posted by respective Vendors. Triosys/Bumperpick is not responsible for the accuracy, validity, or fulfillment of any such offers.
- All gifts and offers given by the Vendors must be handed over directly to the Customers by the Vendors. Triosys/Bumperpick is not responsible for the delivery or quality of these gifts or offers.
Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur District, Kerala.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these T&Cs or any applicable law.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Contest Rules
Eligibility
Open to all registered BumperPick users aged 18 and above residing in India. Users must have a valid and active BumperPick account at the time of entry.
How to Enter
Register for the contest through the BumperPick app and submit your entry before the contest end date shown on the contest details screen. Late entries will not be accepted.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected solely by the contest-hosting vendor. Selection may be based on judging criteria or a random draw, as specified by the individual vendor on their contest page.
Prizes & Rewards
All prizes are provided solely by the participating vendor who created the contest. BumperPick and Triosys Marketing Solutions are not responsible for prize fulfillment, delivery, or quality.
Contest Duration
Each contest has its own start date and end date, clearly displayed on the contest details screen inside the BumperPick app. Contests automatically expire at the end date.
Sponsorship
Every contest on BumperPick is sponsored solely by the vendor who created it. BumperPick serves only as the platform for hosting the contest.
Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not a sponsor of and is not involved in any way with this contest or sweepstakes.
This applies to all contests hosted on BumperPick available through the Apple App Store.
